Our Online Personal Training Coaching is a unique membership. It’s the coaching focused on keeping good health and then archiving your goals. At first we started coaching for middle-aged and senior adults, people in their 40s, 50s and 60s. But recently young adult people, under 40s people want to join our membership. That’s why they really want to know what good health is and our coaching program is unique. But basically our coaching service is for over 40s, as under 40s we agree to join our membership who agree to conduct rigid exams and bear scrutiny.
Basically our coaching program is:
- We have no common exercise programs except some exercise for knowing your basic physical fitness.
- We have no diet program, just recommend some food and serving idea.
- We have no restriction on your life style.
Everybody is different, age, gender, religion, country and so on. So for those reasons we especially never push you to change your life style or diet.
In addition our exercise programs are also unique. I told you we have no common programs and then:
- You don’t need to use any exercise gears except some support tools.
- You don’t need to run to lose weight every morning.
- You don’t need to go to a gym to work out.
I’d like you not to take this the wrong way, there is no part of health in the gyms so you don’t need to go to gym to exercise, to run by treadmill and to use any weight or equipments. And gym’s trainers, they know how to train your body, how to use gym equipments but almost trainers, they don’t know how you make you good health, make you keep good health. But we know how to make you good health, make you keep good health and then we know how to train your body, how to lose your weight, how to make you archive your goals.
